Step 1

Sourcing Raw Materials

We source our coconut shells locally in West Kalimantan, partnering with suppliers who share our commitment to quality. Step 2

Carbonization

The coconut shells undergo carbonization to turn them into high-quality charcoal. This process is monitored closely to ensure that the end product is consistent and meets our strict requirements. Our hands-on approach ensures that we produce charcoal with minimal impurities, resulting in a cleaner, longer-lasting burn.

Step 3

Crushing and Mixing

The carbonized shells are then crushed into smaller pieces and mixed with food-grade tapioca and water. This mixture forms the base for our briquettes. We use carefully measured ingredients to maintain consistency and quality throughout every batch.

Step 4

Briquette Molding

Our automated molding machines press the mixture into the desired shapes, such as cubes or hexagonal briquettes. By utilizing advanced machinery, we ensure that each briquette is uniform in shape and density, resulting in consistent performance during use. Our automated approach also minimizes human error, keeping quality at the highest level.

Step 5

Drying and Quality Control

The molded briquettes are dried in temperature-controlled environments to remove any excess moisture. During this stage, we conduct rigorous quality control tests, including drop tests, moisture content analysis, and density checks, to ensure each briquette meets our standards. Every batch is tracked with a unique production number, providing full traceability.

Step 6

Packaging

Once the briquettes pass all quality control checks, they are packaged in customized, branded cartons or bulk packaging, depending on customer requirements. We use machine wrapping to protect the products from humidity and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
